Part Number: TPS7H4003-SEP

I am trying to run simulations in PSPICE for the TPS7H4003, and I am having difficulty getting the device to work. Could I someone take a look at the schematic and let me know what I am doing wrong. The schematic is "pretty" close to how the eval board is setup.
