    Hi alikaan,

    Thank you for reaching out! UCC27289 will be the best alternative device here. UCC27289 is a 3A driver instead of the 4A offered by UCC27211, but UCC27289 also includes an enable function, supports 8V UVLO, and is also a 120V Half Bridge driver. Let me know if you have any other questions over either device.

    Are you able to mention what application this is being used in? Also, what is driving the need for the enable function? I appreciate you sharing any available information so the team can continue to monitor this opportunity.

    Hi Alex,

    I'll use it for motor driver circuit. Mosfet is FDMT80040DC. We would like to add disable function for safety.
