    Hi Jimmy,

    Most our SOT236 pkg is P2P with FR9206, you can check TPS563201/8 .

    For SOT563pkg, we would suggest TPS563202/7 which is more cost effecitve and we can provide co-lay solution . And we have TPS563203 which is the top promotion one for future design, and we can provide eng samples now.
