Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of our customer.

"Can you please provide the ESD HBM/CDM voltage levels for CSD17522Q5A? 

We need this mandatorily for all MOSFETs during the library creation."

    Hello Marvin,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The CSD17522Q5A passes 750V HBM and 2000V CDM. The CSD17522Q5A is an older, more expensive device. Your customer may want to consider the newer, lower cost CSD17578Q5A as a potential replacement. It is lower on resistance but has higher gate charge and would need to be evaluated in the application. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
