Hi, teaml.

Please tell me the thermal resistance from junction to case (theta-jc) for TPS62040DGQ.

The datasheet provide only junction to ambient.

Our customer want to know that for thermal simulation.

TPS62040 is a old device and need to check internally for the thermal resistance from junction to case (theta-jc).

I will get back to you tomorrow, If i find anything.

TPS62040 is a very old device and unfortunately the requested thermal data is not available.

If it's a new project I would like to recommend our value line hero product - TPS62A01 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com
