UC1845A-SP: LCCC (FK) 20 Package Drawings Missing!

Part Number: UC1845A-SP

Hi,

Please provide detailed package drawing for the LCCC-20 quickly, and as a .pdf (not autocad). Part # 5962-8670408VXA (uc1845alqmlv), LDC 1915A.

The datasheet for the UC1845A-SP does NOT have the LCCC-20 (FK) package drawing.

So, which is correct for this part?

The difference between FK20, FK20-M, and FK20-L is footprint (in order):

That link is old and in the process of getting updated which is why you are running into this issue.
I am working on obtaining the updated one to give you the proper drawing.
I hope to have this by Tuesday

Hi Daniel, thanks for the quick reply.

My specific need is the bottom's dimensions: either the package and pads, or the "suggested pad layout" so I can design an adapter and solder the part on.

Are any of the links above still good representatives of what I need for the LCCC-20? (I liked https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mlcc006d/mlcc006d.pdf?ts=1678488677697 .)
