If we test LMR14050 case temperature 85℃ on our PCBA.

How Can I Calculate the junction Temperature,Which parameter should I use.

    Hello,

    You should use the thermal characterization parameter of YsiJT to estimate the junction temperature on PCB.

    Refer to Table 2 in app note SLUA844.

    Since you have top case temperature (Tc-top) of 85degC, you can calculate Tj using YsiJT (9.9C/W) and the total chip dissipated power.

    Note that the total chip dissipated power should not included the power dissipated through the catch diode and inductor.
