TLC6C5724-Q1: How to understand the relationship between Iout and Vout?

Hope you are doing well!

I have some questions about the figure 16 IOUT vs VOUT in datasheet.

Does this graph indicate the maximum current output capability corresponding to Vout?

For example:

When I want the device output 30mA in 25℃, I need to get Vout to at least 0.3V.

And when Vout = 0.3V, I could still make the output current any value less than 30mA through register configuration.

Is my understanding correct?
