Currently I am using BQ27531-G1(Gauge) and BQ24295(Charger) for single cell Li-Ion battery (2600mAh) as BMS.

Need your suggestion if there is any BMS IC's available with advanced feature from TI.

Is there any solution available without characterizing the battery (no learning cycle), and it can be usable by doing register settings and with update of Chemical ID ?

Looking to check options if there is any Next generation solutions available from TI.

is newer and has same functionality. If charge control is not required, then there are more newer options.

All solutions require chemistry of battery to be known. Some gauge only solutions have preprogrammed chemistries or allow simple selection from preprogrammed chemistriesy without having to program the chem ID to the battery. Characterization of the battery is only required if the model is not in the database.

The learning cycle is required. It needs to be done once and the golden image is then programmed to each gauge in production.
