TLV62130: Looking for ultrasonic Buck DCDC

Hi, Team

My customer is looking for a Buck DCDC, Vin 20-25V, Iout:2-3A, Vout:5V

But since the project is use in portable smart speaker with 2 cells battery, they prefer the DCDC have the ultrasonic performance. 

ultrasonic means the DCDC can enter PFM mode in light load, but the PFM Frequency will not drop below 20K Hz. 

I known one of our Boost device TPS61253A have such feature, do we have similar device for Buck?
