Do you mean the package details? We have an issue with this datasheet that we are working on where the package details are not showing up.

Hi Shreyas,

So the spec what I am asking is 0.1mm accord to that datasheet. My customer requires 0.08 according to JDEC specifications. Could you help to confirm? Which JDEC are we follow? Thanks a lot.
