TPS650330Q1EVM: Can't connect to the computer though USB cable

Part Number: TPS650330Q1EVM

Dear TI,

I have a problem when i use the TPS650330Q1EVM.

First day the EVM can connect to my PC, and the GUI can work perfectly.

But the next day, the EVM can't not be detect by my PC. At Device Manager, "ACCtrl" ports can't be detected.

And I find that the supply current to the EVM is 0.1A when the PMIC is not work, the "Crystal, 32.768 kHz, SMD" does not work because its two pins are 0V.  When I plus the USB cabel to my PC, the USB+ and USB- voltage is 0V in my oscilloscope.

My question is :

1. Is 0.1A supply current normal when only the mcu MSP432E401YTPDT is working ?

2. Is the "Crystal, 32.768 kHz, SMD"  work at normal case?

3. Is the mcu MSP432E401YTPDT damage cause the EVM can't connect to the PC.

4. Can I buy a single mcu MSP432E401YTPDT to solved this problem? How can I flash the new mcu MSP432E401YTPDT to connect my computer and use the TPS6503xx-Q1_GUI?

Regards,
