TPS53622: TPS53622 VSEN and SVID Address issue

Hi Vince,

1) You use R_ADDRL to select the SVID address. The address can also be programmed via SVADDR_PRGM in MFR_SPECIFIC_1. 

2) Are you saying you do not want to use BVSN/BVSP sense pins for channel B? If so, connect them to GND.

We will set TPS53622 output A (1.2V) and output B (1.05V) synchronization, but only enable AVSN sense function. 

You mean in BVSN sense need connect them to GND in this condition, right?

2) Yes, if BVSN sense is not being used, you should connect them to ground.

According to this picture (resistors to SVID address), If I would set the SVID address by R (ADDRH), if only consider R (ADDRH), not R (ADDRH)? Or is there a rule about R (ADDRH)? thanks.

Hi Vince, 

You should use R(ADDRL) to set SVID address. Are you using PMBUS? If so, use this table to find the desired voltage corresponding to the desired Pmbus address and then use the equation above in the previous response to calculate R(ADDRH). If you are not using PMbus, then you can set R(ADDRH) to any of those values.
