Hello,

My customer considers using the TPS3899DL01DSERQ1 with the follwoing conditions.

How does RESET# work when V1 power is shorted to GND or V1 power is not supplied due to a disconnection?

Hi JH,

If the Vdd falls below Vpor = 700 mV, the output (nRESET) will not be controlled/guaranteed. TI states that this may cause an output that cannot be determined.

TI also recommends placing a 0.1 uF decoupling capacitor close to the Vdd pin.
