ULN2003A: Changed ULN200xA Minimum Temperature Rating from –20 C to –40 C

Hi experts,

This temperature specification was changed in 2019 and is it mean that only after August 2019, ULN2003a could sustain -40C and before this time, ULN2003a could not sustain -40C? Thank you!

Skylar,

It could always sustain -40C. In August 2019, we took a look at the characterization/test data and made a conclusion that we could expand the operating temperature officially down to -40 (hence the change).
