LM5148 does not natively support constant current CC output, it does have peak current limiting.
You can add an external circuit for CC operation, see appnote below.
The LM5117 is actually better for CC/CV operation.

Any alternate is there for LM5117 ? Because we are plan to use Input is 15V and Output is 13.8V.

You can use LM5148 with that external circuit shown in figure 1.
However LM5117 will work with that duty cycle if you lower the switching frequency to 150kHz or less.
