TPS62810-Q1: Substitute TPS6281xM for TPS6281x-Q1 family of parts?

Part Number: TPS62810-Q1

Due to supply shortages, I am considering which parts to choose to fulfill a 300pcs trial board build.  My original design uses automotive-grade, but for this new build I can use standard-grade in order to move forward.

My question is whether or not I can substitute, with few or no component changes, the following "M" parts in the three converter instances used on my board?

original -> proposed substitute

TPS62812QWRWYRQ1 ->  TPS62812MWRWYR

TPS62811QWRWYRQ1 ->  TPS62811MWRWYR

TPS62810QWRWYRQ1 ->   (I'm changing from 4A to 3A parts, also) TPS62813MWRWYR

From what I've read, the "M" parts are "drop in" replacements and I do not see significant differences in functionality or specs (is it the same die, just tested differently?) at first glance...?

Thanks.
