Hello,

I am starting a personal project with the TLC5946 to create a 3D LED matrix as an interactive display for my home. I have chosen to use the TLC5946 because it has many features that are desirable for my project and it is affordable. I have read the datasheet and learned a lot about the chip but I have a big question before starting the project. I know there is a development board for the chip with its own dedicated software, but are there libraries available for driving a single chip or concatenated chips?

That sounds nice, I could totally use some example code. I'm just wondering if you have developed any libraries in C/C++ or any other language to drive the ICs. If not I'll just need to make those myself. I just don't want to reinvent the wheel while developing this project.
