I’m designing a system with 2 USB type-c ports.
One will be used doe USB 3.2 and 2.0, sometimes host sometimes device on 2.0 (for recovery/programming, native to the processor), and the other will be used for USB 2.0, 3.2 and Display Port.
can you help me select a good combo for my needs? I’m also looking for protection diodes.
I want the most reliable parts, easiest to design and easiest to use.
Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of? Is it just worth it for ease of design and quality of the end product to use the more expensive parts?
