Is there any electrical module for this , I will try to simulate on LTslice.

Quick look at the schematic, RT/CT connection is not correct. RT should connect to Pin 4 instead of GND. Please kindly correct it and test again. If still doesn't work, pls kindly attach test waveform. 

Thank you so much. It was a silly mistake by me. I have corrected  it. I am confused in one part of the circuit, where led cathode
connects to Vin through Rsns resistor.

This circuit is actually a boost circuit. Vo = Vin + VLED > Vin; LED current flow from D1 to LED to Rsns to Vin. Rsns used to sense the LED current; 

Hi Xiaoguang1, I have corrected the RT part of the circuit. Still the leds are not switching on. 

1)I had to place 4.7uF as a CO but in design it is 6.8uF. do I have to place accurate 6.8uF capacitor and test. 

2)At pin nDIM voltage is 3.26.  should I test with a pwm signal.

VIN/RCT/nDIM/COMP/VCC/OVP/GATE/switch node
