Hi team,

Please answer the following 33630B questions:
Now the customer tested that LMR33630-Q1 can still work when EN is floating; does EN default to high? They test the result (SW/EN/OUTPUT) as below:

Hi Hale,

As mentioned in the LMR33630 datasheet, TI recommends to not float EN pin. You can connect directly to VIN.

What is the interior structure about the EN pin? Why it can work?

Hi Hale,

It looks like EN pin has various thresholds which will allow the part to perform different functions. If left floating, the state is unknown and may cause potential sequencing issue or even accidental turn off.
