LP8764-Q1: VIO for GPIO4,GPIO7,GPIO8 and GPIO9

Part Number: LP8764-Q1

If we

The GPIOs (GPIO4,GPIO7,GPIO8 and GPIO9)  seem to the in the LDOINT domain (which I think is 1.8V). Is it possible to drive these signals with 3V3 signal when configured as input ? (Especially GPIO4 configured as Enable)

Where in the datasheet does it mention that these GPIOs are in the LDOINT domain ?

  • Hi Bala,

For the different power domain per pin function please see table 5-2.

In recommended operating conditions logic input pins are allowed to have voltage up to 5.5 V. This means pins referred to LDOINT can be driven by 3.3 V signal.
