Hi Experter,
We saw a tiny induced voltage at low side gate ,while high side gate turn on as below waveform.
it too close to MOSFET Vth minimum.
Is there a possibility cause High/low side short through?
could you have any suggestion to reduce the induced voltage?

If the voltage spike is greater than the MOSFET gate threshold, there is a possibility both switches turn on at the same time.
This dv/dt induced turn-on issue can be resolved by:

Hi Eric,
There is a 0.1uF MLCC C4371 at high side input ,but not close to low side GND due to PCB layout space limitation.
I think it's not very useful , right?
if add a 20mil trace to between INPUT /LOW SIDE GND is a good way to improve?
Or do you have other suggestion by layout modify?
