Hello TI, I have some problem with LM25118Q1MH/NOPB buck boost circuit from Webench, every thing working good but CSD17309Q3 MOSFET which is the boost MOSFET damaged in many board almost in 30% of the boards in nonunderstanding way spatially after short circuit, which I think LM25118 can handle it. Note that we already replace it by CSD18532 and still the same issue.

    Hi Anas,

    There would be one additional question from my side.
    Could you describe the failure in more details?
    From what I understand, one of the low side FET shows damage. The other FET is still working?
    Would it be possible to take some measurements on a non-damaged board to check the gate voltage and switch note voltage?
    This way we can check if there might be possible overvoltages at the FET.
