Hi Sai,

1) It's not so straightforward to calculate the values, since it is dependent on circuit parasitics. As mentioned in the quickstart calculator, you will need to validate by experiments. You may try to use the method outlined here for the RC snubber circuit across the primary winding.

2) Power across R2 maybe is V^2/R, and capacitor you can probably use 1/2*C*Vpk^2*fsw
