When I test TPS2023 short-circuit,sometime I find TPS2023 device will be damaged. Indatasheet TPS2023 device maximum current is 2.2 A,but when output side is short circuit,the current will reach 3A.In this case the device may be damaged.when the device has no load,the current is 0.2A,in nomal case the current is 0.0A.Please help me to analyze that.
