TLV62084: output ripple at low current

Hi Team, 

Could you please kindly help test Vout ripple at below conditions? Thanks. 

VIn = 3.6V,  3.8V, 4.2V 

Vout= 2.8V

Iout=100mA

L= 1uH,  Cout= 10uf + 22uf, 6.3V, 0402 package. effective capacitance is 40%* nominal cap value. 

I have applied for EVM but it takes time, please kindly help check on this. Thanks.

    Hi Given,

    Please find attached results:

    1) Vin = 3.6V, Vout = 2.8V and Iout = 100mA

    2) Vin = 3.8V, Vout = 2.8V and Iout = 100mA

    3) Vin = 4.2V, Vout = 2.8V and Iout = 100mA
