UCC5870-Q1: Does Vgth monitoring feature included in Simplis simulation model?

Part Number: UCC5870-Q1

Trying to simulate the gate threshold voltage Vgth monitoring feature with UCC5870-Q1 Simplis model but cannot find relevant function block. Any way to include it quickly?

    Thank for posting to E2E.

    As you mentioned, the SIMPLIS model available online does not include a block for the gate threshold monitoring. Due to the complexity of this device adding this feature to the SIMPLIS model would not be a simple addition and is not planned at the moment.
