Hi Mayur,

We do not have a PSpice model available for the TPS3840DL20 specifically. If you use the TPS3840DL26 or TPS3840DL16, you will see the same behavior as you would for the 2.0V threshold device. For simulation purposes, you could use a resistor divider with the TPS3840DL16 to monitor your rail to trip at 2V.
