TPS66020: fault triggering by RCP or OVP?

Hi team,

this is high volume NB project,

customer find fault signal during sinking state when PPHV just turn on and in the middle of rising up to 20V (VBUS), 

we then zoom in and found there's VBUS overshoot and seems like it caused by current stop instantly( see below)

customer try to change OVP resistor to 25V, but fault signal still trigger, so we wonder if it  really is OVP or not.

want to know team's feedback on below two question

1.what was the exact reason our TPS66020 pull fault, is it OVP or RCP ?

2.what cause the adapter current drop instantly?
