ULN2803C: Specification for absolute minimum input voltage

Part Number: ULN2803C

About datasheet for ULN2803C the absolute maximum rating of VI (Input voltage) is described 30V_max.

Please let me know the absolute "minimum" voltage of VI. (Is it -0.3V?)

It would be very helpful if there was also spec information on the transient characteristics. (ex, spec for V/ns)

Hi Satoshi-san,

As you have identified, we do not specify an absolute minimum voltage of VI in the datasheet.

Due to the age of the device, what we have provided in the datasheet is all we can confirm with regard to specifications.

The other thread are answered -0.3V for ULN2803A: older device.

Isn't it a similar case?

What is the reason why only ULN2803C can not specification minimum VI?

Yes you are correct this is a similar case.

I was able to confirm with our internal team the absolute minimum voltage of VI is -0.3V for the ULN2803C.
