Hi Team，

I have a question when reading the UCC21750-Q1 datasheet and the calculation tools. Normally we adjust the value of Cblk to control the blank time. But if we would like to have an extremely short BLK time for the DESAT protection of UCC21750-Q1. Is it possible to delete the Cblk ? In that case would the blank time only be the Tdesatleb + Tdesatfil?

    Hi,

    This approach would not be recommended. It may be worthwhile to look into similar devices with different protection schemes. The UCC2173x family and the UCC21710 device have overcurrent protection schemes that can be customized to have extremely small detection times.
