Hi Team, 

my customer is searching for load switch device with OVP/OCP used in smartphone. 

Vin= 3-5.5V, Vin max = 28V, Iout=2A, Ron max = 120mohm, reverse block. 

ESD: IEC61000-4-2,  air discharge >=12KV, contact discharge >= 6kV? Or is there part can meet this? Thanks. 

similar function you can refer to FPF2495C. in eFuse: p2p with FPF2495 - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums, there is TPS25948, but there seems no IEC61000-4-2. Is there other suitable device? Thanks.

    Hi Given, 

    We do not have any load switches which fulfill that feature set. 

    What you will likely be looking for is an efuse. Efuses provide protection from input supply faults by integrating the features of an ideal diode and hot swap controller into one IC.
    This enables them to provide input reverse polarity protection, undervoltage lockout, overvoltage protection, reverse current blocking, and current monitoring, and support higher voltage ranges. 

    I have looped in Kunal to comment on any Efuses which might address this feature set.
