LM27313-Q1: Output voltage overshoot at 5mA initial load condition.

Do you mean the spike on SW or Vout? On both pins there should be no such a large spike.

Spike on Vout at load disconnect condition. Load current 200mA.

Do you mean that in normal operation, the Iout is 5mA, while the load is disconnected, there is a transient big 200mA Iout?

For further check, could you provide the Cout and current load profile? Especially in the moment of load disconnected.

Hello,

In normal operation, load current is 5mA. Some time I am connecting 200mA resistive load. During disconnecting load, I am getting spike on output voltage. 

Input voltage DC 12V.

Output voltage 24V.

Output capacitor 4.7uF/35V.

Input capacitor 1uF/35V.

Inductor 22uH.

What's the detailed process of "disconnecting load"? I mean, was the disconnection realized by a MOS or other ways? is the load pure resistive or inductive?
