TPS659037: In TPS6590379ZWSR, do we get the required output voltage even if the feedback pin is not connected?

Part Number: TPS659037

Hi ,

We are using the part TPS6590379ZWSR in our design. We are in our testing phase.

We are supposed to get 3.3V from PMIC. But we are getting only 1.1V. We want to see if this voltage is coming from PMIC or it's due to some loading in some circuit. So we are isolating the LC Filter from the Power Plane. But not able to isolate the feedback pin.So we are unable to connect the isolated LC Filter to the feedback pin (SMPS9_FDBK-J8)

Can we still get the required output voltage after the LC filter without connecting the feedback pin?

Below image is for your reference.

Please provide clarification on this.

Thanks.
