LM5155: Negative feedback in SEPIC configuration

Part Number: LM5155
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3488, PMP40488,

Hi,

I am currently designing a dual high voltage power supply based on PMP40488 reference design, from a 12V source supply (we were previously using the same topology with the LM3488 boost controller).

We were thinking about duplicating the boost circuit in order to get two independant rails (one LM5155 for positive rail, the other LM5155 for the negative rail). The problem is obviously on the negative rail, because we cannot connect a negative feedback voltage to the controller.

Do you have a reference design with a solution to this issue?

As a solution, we were thinking about changing the voltage reference of the circuit rail. To do that, we have to supply the negative boost rail with a -12V source. On the paper it should work, but we would like to get advice from your side.

Thank you
