LMG5200: Short circuit between SW and PGND

Part Number: LMG5200
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5168

Hi team,

I am running a test for my inverter design using LMG5200 (similar to TIDA-00909) and I encounter short circuit between SW node and PGND instantly when I power up.

My design include a LM5168 to step down 48 VDC Vin to 5 VDC, which is supplied to LMG5200 VCC. The switching signal at HI and LI are complimentary 85 kHz PWM, 50% duty cycle with 10 us deadtime inserted (picture below).

From what I found in other post, there can be more issue beside deadtime that causing breakdown of IC FET. Can you help me to investigate this problems. I can send the schematic and layout through mail if required.

Thanks,

Khanh
