Hi team,

We are evaluating the LP87563Q1EVM, but VOUT0 and VOUT1 did not start up. (dual phase)

The settings are shown below, could you let me know what could be the problem?

Hi Zeming,

It appears that NRST has been asserted through the GUI. Have any of the ENx pins been asserted? Do the other outputs come up?

Hi Daniel,

Buck2 and Buck3 outputs are no problem.

Do you mean if Assert NRST is checked, Buck0 and Buck1 will not start up, then why Buck2 and Buck3 are ok?

We use the GUI like below.

Hi Zeming,

Please read the DEVICE_ID and OTP_ID registers of the device. It appears that the Buck0 enable and powergood are at 1. But the output is 0V? where are you measuring the output?
