LP873220-Q1: How to output default voltage, such as 0.8V

Hi team,

I saw that the LP873220 is an OTP device. So if the customer set BUCKx_EN AND LDOx_EN and BUCKx_EN_PIN_CTRL AND LDOx_EN_PIN_CTRL high level, can they control the output by enable pin when the device power up every time? The output voltage is set as their expectation, such as 0.8V and only if the enable pin set high level, the output will be 0.8V. Is that right? And if they want to change the output voltage, how to change the voltage?

Hi,

Since this is an OTP device, the customer cannot make any permanent changes. The settings can be adjusted before EN at every startup, but otherwise it will operate according to the OTP of whichever OPN they purchase.

The output voltage can be changed through the BUCKx_VSET (0x06, 0x07) and LDOx_VSET (0x0A, 0x0B) registers.

Ok, Thanks for your reply. It seems that this device can't meet the customer demand. The customer want a device which can keep their default voltage when the device gets supply power. Do you have any recommendation?

Hi Hale,

We can release a custom OTP with a large enough business case, otherwise, I would recommend looking at the EEPROM reprogrammable LP8764-Q1
