TPS61220: Shutdown current > 9uA when Vin=3V, Vout=2.8V, EN=0V

Hi Team,

Customer is using TPS61220 and need <2uA Shutdown current. But they found 20% board will have large Shutdown current than 2uA.

Their test condition is different with datasheet and I didn't find Isd data under Vin=3V, Vout=2.8V, EN=0V.

Could you help provide the Isd range under customer's condition? Looking forward to your help!

    Hi Marc，

    The shut down current might be larger than 2uA, that is reasonable because the maximum is 5.5uA. We can't guarantee  the 2uA. If customer cares much about the shutdown current. Can you try the TPS61299? The shutdown current is 95nA.
