The customer design with BQ34Z100-g1, the problem is can not charge full.
The schematic as below.
The red mark is the parameter changed, R9=5.6K, R10=16K. The circuit of BQ24610 I designed is exactly the same as this circuit, the difference is that R9=5.1K, R10=24K.
4S2P 18650 cells, cell voltage 16.4V, adapter 19V. When the set operating temperature range is -5 degrees to -60 degrees, R9 and R10 are 2.22K and 6.35K respectively.
We found that when VBAT=15.7V, the battery capacity is only about 80%. The battery stops charging, at this time SATA1 is off, STAT2 is on, PG is on, VFB=2.0V. VTS=1.7V.
Please help check it.
