UC1825B-SP: thyristor

Hey Noriyuki,

Can you expand on what you mean parasitic thyristors and how it would affect the device?
They are made on a bipolar process.

Hi Daniel,

1. They guess there are parasitic thyristors, because there can be PNP and NPN transistors in the device and those may configure thyristors and cause single event latch up. Could you confirm this?

2. And regarding SEE of UC1825B-SP, we can see the test report of SEE in the product folder, but there are no description in the datasheet about SEE as bleow. Does UC1825B-SP gurantee SEE?

3. UC1825-SP/UC1625-SP don't gurantee SEE. Is this correct?

Do you mean that the report can be used as just reference for SEE? or Does the report guarantee the SEE immune at the certain condition?
