If I need 75mA current for LEDs, What's the external resistor ? Is Rest=200mV/75mA=2.85Ω？

There is a Iout_max in spec. If I need output voltage 25.38V, Is Iout_max =167.5mA?

Hi Joana,

You can refer to Equation (2) in datasheet to calculate the LED current.

Equation (3) and Equation (4) can help you calculate the theoretical Iout_max.

And may I know what is your end equipment of your application?

It's used for LCD backlight.
