Hi team,

my customer is looking for a very fast high side switch.
less than 5us - at least 200V - at least 200mA

their pulse is 50-300us

Ti.com does not allow to filter for switching characteristics so i am reaching out to you.

Can you please suggest a solution?

Hi Stefan,

We do not have an integrated high side switch that turns on that quickly and meets the 200V requirement. Our devices are so far meant for DC applications and cannot work up to 200V with the current limiting and current sensing features.

A dedicated high voltage driver might be used in this case. TI offers half bridge drivers here: https://www.ti.com/power-management/gate-drivers/half-bridge-drivers/overview.html
