CSD95485RWJ: Any devices with higher RMS current?

Hi experts

Customer is looking for a power stage to pair with TPS53647, for 80A/100A application. We proposed to use 2x CSD95485 to achieve 2-phase design instead of 4-phase design, in order to saving total cost.

But from your side, do we have any device with higher RMS current? Since CSD95485 is 75A RMS.

BTW, in ti.com, CSD95410 and CSD95430 feature 90A peak current instead of RMS current, which is quite confusing and mixed in the filter.

Thank you for your question! For your specification, I think another viable option for your design is 2x CSD96415RWJ, because it has an RMS current of 40 A. You could also use 2x CSD95410RRB which also has a 40 A RMS current. These are some alternatives that could help achieve your 2-phase design.

Thanks for your reply. But as you mention, CSD95410 is 40A RMS while CSD95485 is 75A RMS. Customer prefer to use 1x CSD95485 to replace 2x CSD95410.

And why does CSD95410 feature 90A peak current in the datasheet? Since we usually think that should be the RMS current.

So for power stage with maximum RMS current, what we have now is CSD95485/CSD95490 right?
