Do you have more detail design information for the Filter? 

And what's the affect if i delete the 74279226101?

    Hello,

    The recommended input EMI filter that you showed was used to get the LM61495RPHEVM to pass CISPR 25 Class 5 EMI scans.

    Removal of the ferrite bead may result in the solution not passing EMI at 100s of MHz range since the ferrite bead is a device with low inductance and small parasitic that enable very high SRF (self resonant frequency) which helps reject high frequency noise.
