What will be the maximum current consumption of DIAG_EN (pin. no:2) of TPS1H200A-Q1?

    Hi Athulya,

    We do not specify this current for this device. The pin checks the voltage and makes sure that it is over the threshold for enabling diagnostics.

    To power diagnostics, the device pulls more current from the VS pin.

    This is why we specify the standby current and then the standby current with diagnostics enabled.
