Sorry to bring you so much confusion. My customer is using BQ79731-q1 in their project before i take over the company.
My sales order 10 pcs sample of pbq79731phpq1 for customer. However, when they change the new devices to the normal pcb, the communication cannot work.
I told the customer to take a photo of the 2 version of BQ79731-q1.
Customer confirm that the position is right.
Would you mind helping me to identify the accurate part number? Is there any change on these device?
