UCC27524A-Q1: Low side dual output gate driver

Hello ,

Need one support on finalizing dual output low side gate driver .

We are considering UCC27524A-Q1 for our application but we need very low operating current during static operation .

i.e this gate driver being used in either turn on or turn off the array of low side MOSFET. Main criteria here is to have very low quiescent current (less than 100uA )

Can you please suggest a part from TI for low side driver.

Hi Vasu,

Thanks for asking this, the LMG1020 and the UCC27511A would be good choices for this. I don't know what other requirements you have for selecting a gate driver, the LMG1020 and the UCC27511A may be inconvenient due to them being single channel. If you need any more assistance or if these devices are not suitable, please reach out.

Thanks for input.

Suggested device also has higher IDD current.

In our application , we want to keep MOSFET in static state i.e ON or OFF . no high frequency switching .

Can you please indicate how much current will be consumed from VDD i.e IDD current to driver be in this state ?
