BQ24617: Where can i connect charge balancing outputs from my 3S li-po battery ?

Hi,

I am using 3S Li-Po battery. It has two conenctors coming out.

One connector is A/K and second connector has charge balancing outputs for each cell.

How i can achieve balanced charge charging with BQ24617 ?
